What is included in the rental price?
Our quotes are transparent and comprehensive. For Self-Drive rentals, the price includes unlimited mileage, comprehensive insurance, 24/7 mechanical support, and a basic toolkit. For Guided Safaris, the quote also covers an expert English-speaking driver-guide and their daily allowance.
Can I take the vehicle across borders (Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania)?
Yes, our fleet is equipped for East African expeditions. We provide the necessary COMESA insurance and the “Letter of Authority” required for cross-border travel. Please specify your route in the quote request so we can prepare the documents.
How do I secure my booking and pay?
Once you approve your quote, a deposit is required to secure your vehicle. If your trip includes Gorilla or Chimpanzee permits, these must be paid in full upfront. The remaining rental balance is usually paid upon vehicle delivery at Entebbe Airport or your hotel.
What happens if I have a mechanical issue on the road?
Your safety is our priority. In the rare event of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 technical assistance. If the vehicle cannot be fixed on-site quickly, we will dispatch a replacement vehicle immediately from our headquarters to ensure your safari continues.
Safety Note: For your security, we strictly discourage night driving (after 7:00 PM) on East African highways.
